Millgrove has a specialist division undertaking bathroom and kitchen replacements in tenanted properties and general refurbishment to void properties on behalf of a number of housing associations. We employ a highly skilled and dedicated team of carpenters, kitchen and bathroom fitters, electricians, plumbers, plasterers, tilers and decorators who are experienced in this type of work. We provide a carefully programmed and sequenced operation to ensure the disruption to tenants is kept to a minimum.

 Over the last 15 years we have been involved in the refurbishment of many ecclesiastical buildings, high-end niche homes and commercial properties. These works often include using specialist materials and craftsmanship to meet the requirements of English Heritage. We work closely with architects, engineers and interior designers to create unique and bespoke projects.
